Units with no identifiers

Now that we have arbitrary identifiers, we should be able to support no identifiers.

Meh. This would essentially involve a custom Sandbox class which did no caching. Not worth the effort, IMO.

Hm. This would take a lot of work on the Arena caches. It won't go in 1.4, for sure.
